Downsizing
/ Moving Out of State
One
item or a houseful, we will work with you to achieve your goal of
removing the items from your property. This may be done through an
estate sale, tag sale, or getting items to consignment businesses to
get you the best return on your items.
Getting
Your Home Market Ready
One
of the first things a real estate agent will advise you is to
“de-clutter”. We will work with you, and along side you to
organize items to pack away, items to sell or donate, as well as the
items that can be discarded. We will handle the process of
selling, donating, and discarding items.
Handling
The Estate Of A Loved One
This
can be a difficult and overwhelming task for the executor
and/or family. We can help you choose:
- what items to keep as family heirlooms
- if it would be beneficial for you to have us run an estate sale for you
- what items we can take to a donation center
- what items we can recycle for you
- and what items we can dispose of for you
